TOUR ITINERARY

Depart from JR Tomamu Station or Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU (9:00 a.m.)

Transfer by private vehicle to the headwaters starting point

Mountain bike ride (approx. 50 km; the first ~5 km are gravel road, the rest is paved)

Lunch: Mokamuka’s curry, etc. (venison)

Ride toward Akaiwa Seigan Gorge

From the final riding point, transfer to the accommodation by private vehicle

Overnight stay at Yunosawa Onsen Mori no Shiki (dinner and breakfast included)

After breakfast, transfer by private vehicle to Fukuyama Parking Area

Rafting (approx. 15 km)

Lunch on the riverbank: sandwiches, bagels, etc. (Fortune Bagels)

Overnight stay at Tomiuchi Ikigai Center

Dinner prepared in the kitchen; guest-participation activities such as making gyoza together

Breakfast: participants bring their own food and share (prepared in the kitchen)

Kayaking or canoeing (approx. 15 km)

Lunch on the riverbank: onigiri (prepared in the kitchen that morning)

Finish near Toyoda Bridge

Overnight stay: camping

  • Jukai Onsen Hobetsu is about 10 minutes away (shower/toilet use available with transfer)

Dinner: BBQ

Breakfast at the campsite: hot sandwiches, soup, etc.

After breakfast, transfer by private vehicle to the Mukawa Weir

Kayaking or canoeing toward the river mouth (approx. 14 km)

Arrive near the river mouth around 11:30 a.m.

After lunch at a local restaurant (e.g., Tosenbo), part ways with the guide team (around 1:30 p.m.)

Transfer by shuttle vehicle to New Chitose Airport or JR Chitose Station, concluding the tour (around 2:30 p.m.)
